muscle building diet

I want to build muscle while shedding about 10-15lbs of fat.
I’m 5′11″ 190lb. All the diet plans recommended in fitmess magazines always have strange and unusual food combinations that I’d never use. I’m looking for something really simple. I hate to cook, so the least amount of cooking the better. I’m at work from 7am-3pm, So I only have time for one meal while at work at 12pm. I usually lift around 4pm for about an hour to an hour and a half; four days a week. I have a nitro-tech protein shake after I lift. Foods I hate are just Tomatos, cantilope and avacados. I’m not a picky eater, so pretty much anything else is good!
How many calories and how many grams of the macro nutrients?

muscles are made up of proteins….. so you should eat food rich in proteins such as meat, leafy vegetables, and nuts…. aet a variety of food rich in protien before a 15-20 minute exercise.! In your diet…… instead of 3 heavy meals a day, make it 5 or 6 small meals for better absoption without getting fats at all, and increase your fluid intake… since you are busy at work… may I advice you to bring with you finger foods that are rich in proteins such as just peanuts (just 12 pieces of peanuts.!!!) because 36 pieces is just enough for daily requirements, eat 12 pieces for 3 times a day, 4 hrs intervals… take a supplemental vitamins too such as vit C or multivitamis once a day to help build up your muscles. advice from a new graduate nurse..

Hi, There is a lot of great information you can find just by searching around the internet. Here is a good place to start.
I highly recommend and eBook (electronic book) called “Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle”. You can download it here:

        Good Luck.
