is working out everyday good for building muscle?

i barely started like 2 weeks ago, and i work out really intense one day and the next day just a little bit and i take protein shakes everyday. is that a good thing to build muscle fast..
Is Mens One a Day a good Vitamin suppliment to assist in building muscle?

I have recently started training pretty heavy. I work out different muscle groups every day and try to get a run in for cardio at least three times a week. I currently take Whey protein, Creatine and I have been making sure I am eating enough healthy calories daily. I feel like I am moving in the right direction and I have gained tons of strength already. The one thing that I do not take is a daily Vitamin suppliment. I am pretty confident that I am not getting the proper vitamins and I think that if i took a daily vitamin suppliment it would increase my gains even more because it would increase testosterone etc. Would Mens One a Day be a good solution? If not any suggestions?
burn fat for abs but build muscle diet?

hi i am 10% bodyfat 171lbs 6′0 and 18 yrs old. ive been trying to build muscle like i have but now i want to cut down my bodyfat percentage for abs also but by eating many carbs for building muscle its carbs keeping me from losing fat. so im not sure how many calories of what im supposed to consume to cut down fat and build muscle. any ideas? thank you, your help is greatly appreciated.
