I know these days with the busiest of schedules it is very difficult to work up to anything greater than a meager muscle. With that said not taking vitamins and herbs can be considered a fight against the workout. With the helping hand of vitamins and herbs what are the best to take for building muscles and physical strength?

Also, please don’t say that Mormons aren’t allowed to build muscles because I always get that and it seems that there is a precedent for everything in Mormon doctrine. I therefore ask this question as a human being and not from a Mormon perspective.

PostHeaderIcon I need a diet that can help me lose weight (rapidly if possifble) and build lean muscle; I exercise regularly.

I want to lose weight as quickly as possible but at the same time build muscle. I think that building muscles will help me lose weight faster. Also, keep in mind that I want lean muscle mass. I would like for people to give me examples of diets the are designed for only weight loss, diets that are designed only for muscle gain/muscle building, and diets that are designed for BOTH weight loss and muscle buidling/gain. I also want to know what supplements and vitamins I need.

I am 20 years old and weigh around 180 pounds. I sometimes get discouraged because I will exercise and eat right for a couple of months and not lose a single pound. I’m trying to make things work this time. I would like to weigh around 140-155, I’m not that tall I’m only 5 feet something…6 I think. Maybe 7. I’m not trying to become a body builder its just that I lift weights and I would like to see some more effecient muscle gain. I haven’t seen as much as I would have liked to these past few years. PLEASE HELP
I also want to know what kind of diet pills should I use? I know that there ARE SOME diet pills out there that can help me lose weight but only with regurlar exercise and proper nutrition. Please recommend some to me.
Also, PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND if you are only going to just tell me simple things like the first guy to respond. I am not interested in clicking on countless links that give me the same information that I have found searching for for several hours online. I want REAL answers from you guys with REAL DIETS. I’m sorry but I don’t mean to be rude. Thank you.
I’m sorry guys, when i said I wanted to lose weight rapidly, what I really meant was really see myself lose a healthy 1-2 (some sources say 3) pounds a week. The thing I have tried to make this kind of weight loss pace occur in my body but it never does, I think its because of a diet plan that didn’t work out for me. I know that losing too much weight too rapidly is unhealthy and after I lose the weight it just comes back right away due to metabolic processes.
Also, how many calories should I take in daily for effective weight loss, and how many should I burn daily. Don’t tell me burn 3,500 calories more than that because I am horrible at math. I need an exact number of intake and outtake please. Thank you.
Also I don’t ahve a problem with the word diet. When I was around 13-16 years I ate alot but it wasn’t junk food. I HATE junk food, candy, juice, soda, all that stuff. I hate chips. I have rarely ate any off that stuff in my life. I don’t know I just don’t like it. I don’t have a problem with any diet, I’m not a picky eater except for when it comes to junk food, I just hate that stuff. Sometimes I over eat, my family is Dominican so when I’m not on a specific diet we eat mainly broiled platanos (I think its plantains in English), yuca (I think its yucca in English), chicken, steak, lots lots lots lots lots lots lots of rice usually served with beans (brown, white, or black) or guandules (and I think those are called green peas or green pidgeon peas in English, once again, not sure). I can stick to any “diet” because I don’t really eat crap food. I like water and I like milk, and those are really the only liquids I like.
