After I finish my diet, what can I do to build up muscle?

I just lost 13 lbs of fat with my diet regime, and now I want to add more muscle mass. I go to the gym about three times a week and do high impact weight exercises. How should I change my diet (breakfast, lunch and dinner)? Thanks.

hi i am 10% bodyfat 171lbs 6′0 and 18 yrs old. ive been trying to build muscle like i have but now i want to cut down my bodyfat percentage for abs also but by eating many carbs for building muscle its carbs keeping me from losing fat. so im not sure how many calories of what im supposed to consume to cut down fat and build muscle. any ideas? thank you, your help is greatly appreciated.

Im on a fatloss and muscle building diet and ive been eating eggs with every meal, but i dont know if i should stop eating the yolks. ive heard that the yolk has fat in it.
